Photos uploaded by owners or users are the property of the respective rights holders. By uploading a photo, the user confirms they hold the rights to use it and grants around.md a non-exclusive license to display the photo within the platform.

We respect copyright. Photos on the site are uploaded by venue owners and users; some may be taken from the venues' own public sources (their websites and social media pages). If your photo is published on around.md without your permission, let us know — via the "Let us know" link under the photos on the venue page or via the Contact page (https://around.md/en/contact). Please include: • a link to the page and which photo; • proof of your rights (link to the original, author profile, etc.); • how to contact you. We will review the request and remove the photo within 3 days. If the rights cannot be confirmed, we may ask for additional information.
