Terms of Service

By using the around.md platform (hereinafter the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please stop using the platform. The minimum age for registration is 16 years.

around.md is an online catalog of venues and places in Moldova that provides: • Search and discovery of venues (restaurants, cafes, spas, parks, cultural sites) • Map of places in Moldova • Venue reviews and ratings • AI recommendations based on mood and preferences • Tools for business owners (adding venues, analytics) • Events and promotions catalog

Upon registration, you agree to: • Provide accurate information • Keep your login credentials secure • Notify us of any unauthorized access to your account • Not create multiple accounts • Not transfer your account to third parties We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

When adding a venue to the platform, the owner agrees to: • Have the right to represent the venue • Provide only accurate information • Not add non-existent venues • Use only legal photos (own or with permission) • Keep information up to date (opening hours, contacts) around.md is a catalog of places for leisure and going out. The following are not listed on the platform: • Financial services: banks, insurance, investments, currency exchange, cryptocurrencies and forex • Loans and credit, including microfinance organizations, online loans and secured loans (pawnshops) We reserve the right to remove venues that violate these rules without prior notice.

The platform offers the following plans: • Free — 1 venue or event, with no time limit • Business — up to 20 venues, analytics, promotions; currently provided free of charge during the launch • Corporation — no limit on the number of venues, terms are discussed individually We will notify you at least 30 days before payment for the Business plan starts (see section 8) and tell you the price in advance. Advertising products (for example, an ad placement on the home page or in the catalog) are paid and are always shown with an "Ad" label: we agree on the format, period and price with you in advance, payment by agreement. The plan and advertising can be stopped at any time by writing to info@dricomm.com.

By posting a review or any content on the platform, you: • Confirm that the content is yours or you have the right to use it • Grant around.md the right to display the content within the platform • Agree not to publish false, offensive or spam content We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or Moldova legislation.

The following are prohibited on the platform: • Publishing false, misleading or offensive information • Creating spam reviews or paid ratings • Attempting to hack or disrupt platform operation • Using automated bots or scripts without permission • Copying the venue database without permission • Infringing intellectual property rights

around.md reserves the right to: • Edit or remove any content without notice • Change pricing with 30 days' notice • Discontinue or change platform features • Block users who violate the terms of this agreement

You may delete your account at any time via your Personal Account or by contacting info@dricomm.com. Upon account deletion: • Your personal data will be deleted • Added venues will remain in the catalog (unlinked from your account)

around.md is not liable for: • Losses resulting from use or inability to use the platform • Inaccuracy of information provided by third parties • Quality of services provided by venues in the catalog • Service interruptions due to technical reasons

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Moldova. EU consumers: this agreement does not limit your rights under EU consumer protection law. You may also use the European Commission's ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr California residents: nothing in these Terms waives any rights you may have under California consumer protection laws.

We reserve the right to update this agreement. For significant changes, users will receive notice 30 days in advance. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
