Traditional crumbly pilaf with tender lamb or veal, juicy manti made from the thinnest handmade dough, ruddy samsa, fragrant dolma, shashlik prepared according to an original recipe, lamb chops with vegetables that simply melt in your mouth, and of course, desserts worthy of sultans and queens.
