Clouds is a rooftop club in central Chișinău, where a bridge between buildings was transformed into a full-on nightlife venue with proper sound, lighting, and a bar. The hookah master will mix a blend to your exact taste, cocktails are as good as they look, and the staff will track down dessert even after the kitchen closes. Perfect for a loud group on a Friday night or a spontaneous late evening out — no dress code attitude, just good vibes.
