Музей Села

Muzeul Satului is an open-air museum in Chisinau featuring authentic wooden buildings from Moldovan villages of the 17th–19th centuries. The centerpiece is a 27-meter-tall wooden church built in 1642, brought from the village of Hiriseni, while peacocks, pheasants, and rabbits roam freely across the grounds. Entry is free, parking is available, and a nearby park with a lake makes for a perfect extended outing — just bring some food.
