The Vatra Strămoșească Museum aims to preserve authentic values and pass them on to future generations. There is a permanent exhibition of ethnography and folk art. The peasant dwelling presents ethnographic exhibits that illustrate the crafts practiced in this locality, household items, ethnographic exhibits made of wood, log cabins made from tree trunks, wooden buckets, pipes with pestle, spinning forks, furniture from peasant houses. There is also a rich collection of clothing - national costumes, peasant cloaks, folk costumes. In addition to the museum, there is a tourist pond and lake where tourists can fish. Thus, the tourist base offers visitors: - Tours into the history of cultural traditions of Vătică village; - Folklore shows; - Premises arranged as a base with national dishes for adults and children; - Entertainment services such as: wood carving workshop, horse-drawn carriage rides, dough modeling, wool felting, weaving on a loom and more.
