The "Vinia Traian" winery, founded in 1975, plants vineyards on the slopes of the Budjak Plain and along the Trajan Wall. This area is considered the cradle of noble winemaking, based on centuries-old traditions.
Visitors can enjoy a tour and tasting, as well as sample local cheeses and traditional dishes characteristic of the Gagauz region, including kavarma and gözleme.
